Patient Review Cultivation

Our Policy Regarding the Posting of Patient Reviews on our Website

Our company’s mission is to provide the highest quality care. We don’t just say this is our mission but rather try to live it – every single day. Our doctors encourage input from our professional medical staff, our clinical support staff, and our administrative staff about ways for us to constantly improve ourselves. We especially welcome, and request, feedback from our patients via our email survey partner, Binary Fountain. Our patients are the best source of information about how good a job we are doing since they were the actual recipients of our services. We take pride in our transparency as a company. We are proud to show the good in our company and are not afraid to honestly admit when our performance was less than stellar.

In this spirit of openness, we display our overall star ratings given by our patients. We post selected reviews so you can see other patients’ perspectives and get more information. We typically post these reviews exactly as written by the patient. But, there are occasions when we must edit a review to comply with patient privacy laws, to protect an individual’s personal privacy, or to eliminate inappropriate references. On rare occasions, rather than make extensive edits, we will not publish a review which we feel is inappropriate based on commonly accepted community standards. We do not post comments that are libelous, slanderous, profane, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate, or may risk the privacy of our patients. Whenever we make an edit – no matter how minor that edit may be – it will clearly be indicated in the review. Please, let us know how we are doing. Our promise to you is that we will use your feedback to continue providing the highest possible services to our patients.
